We left sunny Nelson this morning and drove to Murchison where the weather was cloudy but not yet rainy. We looked around a couple of antique/retro/junk shops and this general store.
The motorhomes camp backs onto this establishment.
This afternoon we walked up to the waterfall at the weir, part of the old hydro power station at Six Mile. Malcolm's friend passed on some hints at the information board.
The track went through beech forest. I just said, 'Goblin Forest!' then we saw...
