Castling today. The first was at a tiny walled village called Obidos. It was a bit overcast this morning so the photos are greyish. The afternoon's Moorish castle at Sintra was amazing. Its ramparts and turrets were like something from a movie. Then after getting settled in our airbnb in Lisbon we went to see the tile museum, housed in a former convent of the 1500s. The building itself was stunning - and there were hour's-worth of tiles, some part of the building and some as exhibits.
