We went to the Viking triangle, the earliest settlement area in Waterford...
where we saw old buildings and Viking things. :-)
At New Ross there was this ship replica, like the ones who took victims of the potato famine to new lives abroad.
Next stop - Tintern Abbey (the Irish one)...
...and the walled garden, full of flowers, bees and butterflies.
They make their own cider and champagne.
At Kilmore Quay there was a pretty harbour - and a whole street of thatched cottages!
